MCL DAF Flotation Unit

MCL DAF Flotation Unit

Responsible for removing a large part of the pollutant load present in liquid waste generated by various industry sectors.

The MCL dissolved air flotation (DAF) unit stands out for its efficiency combined with performance and low operating cost.

Its operation consists of solid-liquid separation through the incorporation of microbubbles into the effluent, which attach to the flocs and carry them to the surface of the equipment, where scrapers are responsible for removing these flocs. Much of the success of dissolved air flotation treatment is due to the use of an adequate and efficient microbubble generation system.

It allows a wide range of applications with different capacities, and its sizing must take into account the application, the characteristics of the effluent to be treated, and the expected results.

The microbubble pump used by MCLvale is of its own design and manufacture, ensuring efficiency, product expertise, and spare parts in stock.
